What Is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine, also called telehealth or a virtual urgent care visit, lets you connect with an OnPoint provider through our secure platform. Your provider can assess your symptoms, diagnose common conditions, and prescribe treatment, all without you leaving home.
Not all medical concerns can be treated virtually. Call us at 303-341-4411 if you’re unsure whether your situation is appropriate for a virtual urgent care visit.

Conditions We Treat via Telehealth
Our urgent care telehealth visits cover a wide range of non-emergency conditions. Here are some of the most common reasons patients in the Denver metro area use our virtual urgent care services.
*Please Note: We are unable to prescribe or refill controlled substances through a virtual visit.
If you’re unsure whether your condition can be treated via telemedicine, please call 303-341-4411 before scheduling.
How to Get Started with a Virtual Visit
Getting connected to an OnPoint provider for an urgent care telehealth visit is simple. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or camera-enabled computer.
Insurance & Cost Information
Transparency about cost is important to us. Here’s what to expect when using our telehealth urgent care services.

Your virtual urgent care visit is billed to your insurance at our standard rate, the same as an in-person visit. An additional billing code covers the electronic platform; how your insurer processes this varies — it may be applied to your deductible, co-insurance, or copay.
Important notice for some insurance holders: Cigna, Aetna, and Anthem do not cover telehealth visits through our clinic. If you carry one of these plans, you have three options:
- 1Pay our self-pay rate for a virtual visit
- 2Come in for an in-person visit billed through your insurance
- 3Use your insurer’s own telehealth service
Call us at 303-341-4411 with any billing questions before your visit.
